- Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be removed from our servers.
- No-Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Dispute Resolution
- If you believe you've been charged incorrectly or have any payment concerns, please contact us immediately at hello@webjiran.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
